The Social Garden

Social Equity and diversity are the foundational reasons for why the Social Garden was founded. We believe that people of color should have the opportunity to participate and benefit in a now legal business that has incarcerated so many men and women and have destroyed countless families emotionally, mentally, and physically. We aim to be a pillar of what happens when you give people from low socio-economic backgrounds the ability to participate in a life changing industry.

We’re a group of individuals that work in tech with non-traditional backgrounds that are focused on Refactoring people’s skills to help them transition, build and maintain a career in the Tech industry through career coaching, mentorship and sponsorship.
